EdoAbasi Udo – President

EdoAbasi is seasoned in trade law and investment policy with a particular focus on investment law (guarantees and protection of investors), and investment facilitation. EdoAbasi also advises on customs regulations, export and import compliance, intellectual property, FDI, public-private partnerships, cross-border trade, JVs, and strategic alliances. He has helped businesses define corporate governance models and build partnering-specific deal processes. EdoAbasi earned a BL from the Nigerian Law School, an LL.B from the University of Uyo, and a BSc. in Project Management from the University of Jos.

Paul Nyambi – Advisor

Paul has extensive experience in trade facilitation and foreign direct investment promotions and provides companies innovative support in the execution of industrial projects. His work has focused on building partnerships, alliances, and networks internally and externally that are crucial to creating seamless business development, investment appraisal, and investment aftercare for companies. Paul holds a BL from the Nigerian Law School and an LL.B. from the University of Calabar.

Emilia Usen – Advisor

Emilia, an investment promotion expert with broad experience in strategy and program development, investment project management, and internal tools and procedures development. As an advisor, Emilia contributes to the services and activities organized by Industrial Renaissance on behalf of companies seeking to develop their international business. She devotes herself to supporting businesses in their overseas development initiatives. Emilia holds an MBA from University of North Carolina and a BSc. from Wichita State University.

Ikenna Ezeife – Advisor

Ikenna, an investment promotions professional, has broad executive level experience as strategist, practitioner and consultant in the development and implementation of greenfield and brownfield projects. He builds and manages relationships with stakeholders involved in investment projects. He has supported companies in all phases of the investment program, including negotiation, structuring, licensing, implementation and corporate governance. Ikenna graduated with BS in Business Management from University of Pennsylvania.

Mark Harold – Advisor

As an advisor at Industrial Renaissance, Mark advises on investment policy and incentives, investment facilitation, investment aftercare, and assists transnational corporations and SMEs with their international expansion plans as well as helping avoid dislocations through strategic reorientation of activities, financing, promoting value-added partnerships, and identifying new products and markets.

Mark Harold holds an MBA from the John Hopkins University, and a BS from Duke University.

Jack Ekong – Secretary

As Secretary at Industrial Renaissance, Jack provides administrative leadership and secretarial services for the office and to the leadership team.

Jack holds a degree in Public Administration from University of Uyo.
